Cinco de Mayo

What a great day! We had a fiesta at our house with enchiladas, fajitas, chips y salsa y queso, and the best damn margaritas ever! We have found the absolute easiest and best recipe for this little drink and we make it all the time! We decided not to fight the crowds and pay jacked up drink prices for this "holiday" so we stayed home and it came out much, much better! Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone!
